Q: Are you a property management company?

A: No, we are not a property management company.  We provide home visits and interior/exterior walk throughs after which we will alert owners of any inconsistencies or potential issues that we identify.  The homeowner is responsible for taking any following courses of action.

 

Q: What types of things are part of the 15 point check list when you perform a walk through of my house?

A: See below for a list of categories that we review when we perform a walkthrough of your home (exterior and interior) to verify status:

External:

  • External Drainage

  • Perform Exterior Walk-around

  • Roof

Internal:

  • Heating System

  • Hot Water Heater

  • Boiler

  • Sump Pump

  • Air Systems (Central air/humidification)

  • Generator

  • Breaker Panels

  • Faucet and Toilet Function

  • Refrigerator/Freezer Function

  • Thermostat Settings

  • Perform room by room walkthrough

  • Verify regular maintenance (landscaping, plowing etc)

 

Q: How much will a visit cost?

A: We price by visit and the price is based on home size, location (for customers outside Marblehead) as well as any customizations based on individual needs. Contact us and we’ll schedule a no cost home walk through and discuss pricing.

 

Q: What is the process for getting started?

A: Let’s connect!  Send an email or give us a call or text.  We’ll discuss your needs over the phone, discuss pricing and set up time to do a no cost in person walkthrough of your home.  From there, we’ll discuss next steps.

 

Q: Can you take care of my pets?

A: While we do love animals, our service does not include caring for pets and/or feeding.
