About Collins Home Watch

Collins Home Watch evolved from Jessica’s hometown connection to Marblehead, MA and Brandon’s career as a Realtor on Boston’s North Shore.  Through Brandon’s Realty work and property management experience combined with our home-watching for family and friends, we pinned a need for experienced and trustworthy home watch professionals in our community.

Brandon earned his real estate license in 2010 and has been a realtor in Boston and currently on the North Shore for the past 15 years.  Jessica previously worked in supply chain program management at Wayfair, an online home furnishings retailer, for 10 years prior to becoming a homemaker in 2023.  Since moving back to Marblehead in 2015, we’ve renovated and lived in 2 fixer uppers (one a 1700’s Oakum Factory and our current 1930’s home).  From peeling wallpaper and pulling up flooring to rebuilding structural and non-structural parts of the home, updating electrical and plumbing and replacing roofs and mechanical systems, we have learned more about homes than we ever expected.  This knowledge has served us well and we intend to use it to help others stay aware of the state of their home while they are away.

Our goal is to be our client’s eyes and ears and boots on the ground while away from home for extended periods of time.  Whether you are a snowbird, extended vacationer and/or professional being temporarily transferred, we would be thrilled to hear from you and design a home watch plan that meets your needs.  We serve Marblehead and neighboring towns.
