About Collins Home Watch
Collins Home Watch evolved from Jessica's hometown connection to Marblehead, MA and Brandon's career as a trusted realtor on Boston's North Shore. Through Brandon's Realty work and property management experience combined with home-watching for family and friends, we pinned a need for experienced and trustworthy home watch professionals in our community.
Brandon, originally from Lake George, NY, earned his real estate license in 2010 and has been a realtor in Boston and on the North shore for the past 15 years. Jessica, who grew up in Marblehead, and worked in supply chain management at Wayfair.com for 10 years before becoming a homemaker in 2023.
Since moving back to Marblehead in 2015, we've renovated and lived in 2 fixer-uppers (a 1700's oakum factory turned house and our current 1930's home). From peeling wallpaper and pulling up flooring to rebuilding structural and non-structural parts of our home, updating electrical, plumbing and replacing roofs and mechanical systems, we have learned more about how houses are built than we ever expected. This knowledge has served us well and we intend to use it to help others stay aware of the state of their home while they are away.
Our Services
We are fully insured and serve Marblehead and neighboring towns. We offer different home watch options including a 15-point interior and exterior checklist that can be supplemented with a la carte services (for example pre-arrival prep, post departure clean up, car checks/start ups etc.). After each visit to your home while you're away, we provide an emailed report with any necessary photos.

Q: Are you a property management company?
A: No, we are not a property management company. We provide home visits and interior/exterior walk throughs after which we will alert owners of any inconsistencies or potential issues that we identify. The homeowner is responsible for taking any following courses of action.

Q: How much will a visit cost?
A: We price by visit and the price is based on home size, location (for customers outside Marblehead) as well as any customizations based on individual needs. Contact us and we’ll schedule a no cost home walk through and discuss pricing.
Q: What is the process for getting started?
A: Let’s connect! Send an email or give us a call or text. We’ll discuss your needs over the phone, discuss pricing and set up time to do a no cost in person walkthrough of your home. From there, we’ll discuss next steps.
Q: Can you take care of my pets?
A: While we do love animals, our service does not include caring for pets and/or feeding.
